Section 3: Repeal and savings

The Karnataka Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.State Rules of Karnataka · 1959

The Karnataka Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 and the Karnataka Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 are hereby repealed:

Provided that the said repeal shall not affect,

(a) the previous operation of the said regulations or anything duty done or any action taken there under; or

(b) any right, liability or obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said regulations.
