Section 12: Deputation of Members

The Karnataka Public Service Commission Conduct of Business and Additional Functions Act, 1959.State Act of Karnataka · Act 20 of 1959

The Commission may depute one or more of its Members to be associated with any Committee or Board which may be set up to deal with problems relating to recruitment or promotion:

Provided that where consultation with the Commission is required on any point, the recommendations of the Committee or Board shall be forwarded to the Commission for advice.
