Section 52: Reservation of promotional vacancies for Scheduled Castes, etc

The Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Act, 1994State Act of Karnataka · Act 44 of 1994

Where appointment to any post in the University is made by promotion, the authority empowered to make such appointment shall comply with the orders issued by the Government from time to time for reservation of posts in promotional vacancies for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and other socially and educationally backward class of citizens.
