Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Regularisation of Unauthorised Construction in Urban Areas Act, 1991.State Act of Karnataka · Act 29 of 1991

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Regularisation of Unauthorised Constructions in Urban Areas Act, 1991.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
