Section 10: Removal of difficulties

The Karnataka Regularisation of Unauthorised Construction in Urban Areas Act, 1991.State Act of Karnataka · Act 29 of 1991

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notification, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.

* * * * NOTIFICATION Bangalore, dated 28th July 1992[ No.HUD 291 MNJ 92 ] S.O.2281.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section

(2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Regularisation of Unauthorised Constructions in Urban Areas Act, 1991, 11 Government of Karnataka hereby appoints First August Nineteen Ninety two (1-8-1992), as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
