Section 19: Removal of difficulties

The Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Ordinance, 2011State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 8 of 2012

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provision of this Ordinance, the State Government may, by order published in the official Gazette as the occasion may require do anything which appears to it be necessary to remove the difficulty.
