Section 1: Short title and commencement

Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996.State Act of Karnataka · Act 19 of 1996

(1) This Act may be called the Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
