Section 21: The Board of Trustees

Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996.State Act of Karnataka · Act 19 of 1996

(1) There shall be a Board of Trustees for the administration and management of the Estate, consisting of the following:- 11

7. A person to represent the State Lalitha Kala Academy to be ... Member nominated by the State Government.

8. Secretary, Department of Culture, Government of India or his representative ... Member

9. Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India or his ... Member representative.

(2) The Board shall meet at such time, at such place and shall conduct its business in such manner as may be prescribed.
