Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Sakaala Services Act, 2011State Act of Karnataka · Act 1 of 2012

(1) This Act may be called 1[The Karnataka Sakaala Services Act, 2011]1.

1. Substituted by Act 36 of 2012 w.e.f. 02.04.2012.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.

(Act came into force by Notification No. DPAR 28 E Ka Aa 2012, Dated: 28.03.2012 w.e.f. 02.04.2012. The text of the notification is at the end of the Act)
