Section 10: Procedure for registration as an occupant

The Karnataka (Sandur Area) Inams Abolition Act, 1976State Act of Karnataka · Act 54 of 1976

1[(1)]1 Every person entitled to be registered as an occupant under section 4 shall make an application to the Tribunal constituted under the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961, 4[3[2[within one year from the date of commencement of the Karnataka Certain Inams Abolition and Certain Other Law (Amendment) Act,2021]2]3 ]4 Such application shall be disposed of by the Tribunal as if it is an application made under the said Act.
