Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Reservation of Appointment Etc) Act, 1990State Act of Karnataka · Act 7 of 1991

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes (Reservation of Appointments, etc.,) Act, 1990.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
