Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appoin…State Act of Karnataka · Act 43 of 1994

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Reservation of seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or posts in the services under the State) Act, 1994.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the Government may, by notification appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act.
