Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Karnataka Slum Areas Development Act, 1973State Act of Karnataka · Act 33 of 1974

(1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Slum Areas 2[development]2 Act, 1973.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1[Karnataka]1.

(3) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
