Section 3: Form of Statement

The Karnataka Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Rules 1975.State Rules of Karnataka · 1974

(1) The Statement referred to in clause (a) of Subsection (1) of section 4, shall b e in Form 1.

(2) The said statement shall be sent to the prescribed authority within thirty days from the date of publication in the Gazette of the notification referred to in sub section (1) of Section 3.
