Section 5: Form of application for permission to erect buildings

The Karnataka Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Rules 1975.State Rules of Karnataka · 1974

(1) every person desiring to obtain permission under section 5 to erect any building in a slum area, shall make an application to the prescribed authority in Form

(2) The application shall contain the following information, namely.:-

(a) The need for erection of the proposed building;

(b) whether sanction of the appropriate authority to the proposed building has been obtained.
