Section 14: The Pro-Visitor

the Sri Jagadhguru Murugarajendra University Act, 2020.State Act of Karnataka · Act 21 of 2021

(1) The Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education, Government of Karnataka shall be the pro-visitor of the University.

(2) The pro-visitor shall, when the Visitor is absent, preside at the Convocation of the University for conferring degrees and diplomas.
