Section 41: Annual Report

The Karnataka State AYUSH University Act, 2021.State Act of Karnataka · Act 8 of 2022

(1) The Executive Council shall prepare the Annual Report containing all the particulars highlighting the activities of the University, its targets and achievements concerning each financial year and submit the same to the Academic Council before 30th of June of every year. The Academic Council may pass resolutions thereon and forward the same to the Executive Council. The Executive Council shall then take action in accordance therewith. The action taken thereon shall be intimated to the Academic Council at its next meeting. The Annual Report shall also be uploaded on the University Website regularly.

(2) Copies of the Annual Report incorporating the resolutions of the Academic Council and a report of the actions taken by the Executive Council of the University shall be forwarded to the State Government before 30th of September every year. The State Government shall lay the same before both the Houses of the State legislature at their next sessions.
