Section 51: Power to amend the schedule

The Karnataka State AYUSH University Act, 2021.State Act of Karnataka · Act 8 of 2022

(1) The Executive Council may with the prior approval of the Chancellor and the State Government, by notification amend the schedule.

(2) A copy of every notification made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature, as soon as may be, after it is made.
