1[(1)]1 The Public Servant (Enquiries) Act, 1850 (Central Act, 37 of 1850) in its application to the State of Karnataka and the Hyderabad Public Servants (Tribunal of Enquiries) Act, 1950 (Hyderabad Act, XXIII of 1950) as in force in the Gulbarga Area are hereby repealed.
