Section 13: Savings

The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Promotion, Pay and Pension) Act, 1973State Act of Karnataka · Act 11 of 1974

Save as provided in section 11, nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect the operation of the provisions of the Constitution of India in relation to the determination of the condition of service of persons serving in connection with the affairs of the State of 1[Karnataka]1.
