The Competent Authority shall issue, a transfer order as per the choice of the candidate on the spot, duly deleting that vacancy from the list of vacancies and also incorporating the new vacancy caused due to such transfer order. The Competent Authority shall also issue transfer orders in respect of such of the candidates who failed to appear for counselling or failed to make selection during the counselling session, as per suo- moto allotment made at the time of counselling. Copies of such orders issued must be sent to the concerned authorities also.
