In the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Principal and Lecturers) Rules, 2022 (hereinafter referred as said rules), in rule 3,- ¨sÁUÀ – 4J Part – IVA 27 2025 06 1947) BENGALURU, TUESDAY, 27, MAY, 2025 JYAISTHA , 06, SHAKAVARSHA, 1947) . 310 No. 310 2

(1) the existing provision shall be re-numbered as sub-rule (1); and

(2) after sub-rule (1), as so re-numbered the following shall be inserted, namely:- “(2) The Director, Department of Pre-University Education is also the competent authority to publish vacant posts as per administrative requirements of the Department."
