Section 5: Amendment of rule 11

The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Principal and Lecturers) (Amendment) Rules, 2025State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

In the said rules, in rule 11, in sub-rule (2), under the table, in the entries relating to ‘Exemption or Priority claim’, in third column,-

(1) in sl.no.2 the words “Principal”, shall be omitted;

(2) in sl.no.3 the word “Principal”, shall be omitted; and

(3) in sl.no.5 after the words “ or Aided Institution”, the following shall be inserted, namely:- NOTE: ‘This shall not apply to PSU’s and shall be considered as priority as per sub-section (5) of section 10 of the Act".
