Section 10: Notification of draft list of Lecturers to be transferred under Rationalization Transfer

The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Principal and Lecturers) Rules, 2022State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

The draft list of Lecturers to be transferred either under Rationalization Transfer shall be notified by the Director of Pre University Education Department.-

(i) While preparing draft list of Lecturers to be transferred under Rationalization, if in a particular subject lecturer post in that college is in excess, then for such a post in such a subject “senior most‟ Lecturer of that subject working in that college shall be included in the list.
