Every alternate year the sanctioned posts shall be rationalized college wise depending on the student strength. The excess posts shall be redeployed to needy colleges as per the procedure notified by the Department for this purpose. After the completion of the process, the Director of Pre University Education Department shall issue orders with respect to sanctioned posts in each college for that academic year.
