In rule 10 of the said rules, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “ (1) Exemptions under rationalization, zonal transfers, and priority for request transfers and transfer of teachers from the specified post to schools on completion of maximum tenure (shall be five years), in accordance with the provisions of section 10 of the said Act.”
