After completion of each type of transfer the list of the teachers transferred, indicating theplaces of transfers against their names shall also be displayed on the notice board. No transfer shallbe made after the list is displayed. If any transfers are made after display of the list without the prior approval of the transfer controlling officer, the CompetentAuthority concerned shall be held personally responsible and disciplinary action shall be takenagainst them.
