In the Karnataka State Civil Service (Regulation of Transfer of Teaching Staff of Department of Collegiate Education) Rules, 2021, in rule 9(2)(a), (b), (c) and (d) following shall be omitted. namely: - “and if no such eligible teaching staff is available, then teaching staff who have completed maximum number of years below the minimum length of service for transfer as prescribed in sub-rule (1) of rule 4”.
