Section 11: General transfers

The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfers of Forest Officers and Other Officials) Rules, 2019.State Rules of Karnataka · 2017

(1) Shifting of forest officers and other officials who have completed the prescribed tenure in a post or place to another post or place during the notified period of the year in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Act and these Rules shall be considered as general transfers.

(2) General transfers may include contingent transfers due in the same time period.
