Section 19: Disposal of pending applications

The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfers of Forest Officers and Other Officials) Rules, 2019.State Rules of Karnataka · 2017

(1) Applications which could not be considered by any of the Competent Authorities during general transfers shall be deemed to be pending.

(2) A list of such pending applications shall be maintained on the website for reference and consideration at the time of ensuing contingent transfers.

(3) Pending applications shall remain valid till and considered in the date of next general transfers. Thereafter, fresh applications shall be submitted.
