Section 22: Applicability of rules etc., of the State Government

The Karnataka State Commission for Safai Karmacharis Rules, 2018.State Rules of Karnataka · 2013

(1) All rules, regulations and orders issued by the State Government regarding disciplinary matters shall also mutatis mutandis apply to the employees / staff of the Commission.

(2) The provision relating to the delegation of financial powers in the State Government shall apply to the corresponding officers in the Commission.
