Section 27: Annual Report of the Authority

The Karnataka State Commission for Safai Karmacharis Rules, 2018.State Rules of Karnataka · 2013

(1) The Annual report of the Commission shall be prepared and forward to the Government, within three months from date of completion of financial year giving complete accounts of its activities during the previous year, as required under section 15 of the Act to the Government. The Government may lay the same before each houses of the legislature.

(2) As soon as may be after receipt of the report of the auditor the commission shall send a Copy of the annual statement of accounts together with a report of the auditor of the Government to lay the same before each house of Legislature.
