Section 21: Applicability of rules, etc., of the State Government

The Karnataka State Commission for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Rules, 2012.State Rules of Karnataka · 2002

(1) All rules, regulations and orders issued by the State Government and applicable shall also apply to the Commission.

(2) The provisions relating to the delegation of financial powers in the State Government shall apply to the corresponding officers in the Commission.
