Section 9: Agenda for the Meeting

The Karnataka State Commission for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Rules, 2012.State Rules of Karnataka · 2002

The agenda shall normally be circulated to all the Members at least 3 days in advance before the meeting.

Provided that for an Emergent Meeting the time limit may not apply. The minutes of a meeting shall be circulated as soon as possible to all the Members.
