Section 3: Meeting of the Commission

The Karnataka State Commission for Women Rules, 2002.State Rules of Karnataka · 1995

(1) The quorum of the meeting shall be 2/3rd of the total number of the members of the Commission.

If at the time appointed for the meeting, there is no quorum, the Chairperson shall adjourned the meeting, for thirty minutes and if within such period there is no quorum, the meeting shall be adjourned to a subsequent date, as may be decided by the Chairperson. If there is no quorum in the adjourned meeting, it shall not be necessary for a quorum for such adjourned meeting.
