Section 9: Modification and cancellation of resolutions

The Karnataka State Higher Education Council Rules, 2020State Rules of Karnataka · 2010

No resolution of the Council or the Committee shall be modified or cancelled within three months after the passing thereof, except at a meeting of the Council or Committee specially convened there for and by a resolution of the Council or Committee supported by not less than one-half of the total number of members.
