Section 9: Amendment of rule 10

The Karnataka State Police (Disciplinary Proceedings) (Amendment) Rules, 2022State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

In rule 10 of the said rules,-

(i) in sub-rule (2), in clause (i) for the words, figures and brackets “sub-clauses

(i) to (iv) of clause (a) or sub-clause (i) to (iv) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 23” the words, figures, brackets and letter “sub-clauses (i) to (iii) of clause (a) or sub-clauses (i) to (iv) of clause (c) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4A” shall be substituted.

(ii) in sub-rule (2) in clause (ii) for the words, figures and brackets “sub-clauses

(i) to (iv) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 23” the words, figures, brackets and letter “sub-clauses (i) to (iv) of clause (b) of sub-rule(1) of rule 4A’ shall be substituted.
