Section 23: The Director of Physical Education

The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Ordinance, 2016State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 16 of 2016

The Director of Physical Education shall be a whole time employee of the University and shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted under this Ordinance or the Regulations. He shall possess such qualifications and exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed by the Regulations. His emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
