Section 40: Committees

The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Ordinance, 2016State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 16 of 2016

Every Authority of the University shall have power to constitute or reconstitute committees to assist in its functions and delegate to them such of its powers as it deem fit;

such committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of members of the Authority concerned and such other persons as the authority may in each case direct.
