Section 70: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension and any other benefit Scheme

The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Ordinance, 2016State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 16 of 2016

All the permanent employees of the University shall be entitled to the benefit of the pension or provident fund and gratuity in accordance with such regulations as may be framed in that behalf by the Executive Council in accordance with the prevailing government rules.
