Section 91: Act to have overriding effect

The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Ordinance, 2016State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 16 of 2016

The provisions of this Ordinance and any regulations made there under shall have overriding effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Ordinance.
