Section 13: Removal of difficulties

The Karnataka State Universities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 29 of 2001

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Amendment Ordinance, 618 the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette make such provision as may appear to it necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the date of commencement of the Amendment Ordinance.
