The town vending committee may associate any expert in the field of informal economy including street vending or spatial planning, environmental protection, Geographical Information System, marketing issues, for taking a view on matters relating to street vending. Such an expert shall have the right to talre part in the discussion in the meeting but shall have no right to vote in the meeting. The selection of such expert shall be. through a transparent procedure with such honorarium as may be decided by the Commissioner, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood. ..
