Section 19: Place of sitting

Karnataka Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2019Central Rules · 2014

(1) The Grievance Redressal Committee shall be located in the office of the Municipality or at such place within the territorial limit of the concerned Municipality as may be notified by the Municipality in consultation with the Government.

(2) The working days and the office hours of the Grievance Redressal Committee shall be the same as that of the Government.

(3) The Office seal and the emblerr1 of the Grievance Redressal Committee shall be such as that of concerned Municipality and shall be kept in custody by an officer authorized by the Chairperson of the Grievance Redressal Committee.
