Section 39: Power to remove difficulties

The Karnataka Tax on Lotteries Ordinance, 2003.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 27 of 2017

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance, the 701 Government may by notification make such provision as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing difficulty.
