Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1981State Act of Karnataka · Act 31 of 1984

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1981.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
