Every registered Tour Operator in the State shall be duty bound to furnish statistical information or statistical data comprising number of tourist arrivals, domestic and foreign tourist, duration of their stay etc. to the nearest tourist Reception Centre or Tourist Information Bureau or to any of its authorized representatives in Form G. The information so collected shall be furnished by Tourist Reception Centre or Tourist Information Bureau to Department of Tourism in Form H.
