Section 30: Appellate Authority

The Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Rules, 2016State Rules of Karnataka · 2015

The Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary of Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka shall be the Appellate Authority under sub-section (1) of 8 Section 29 of the Act for the purposes of hearing appeals on the orders passed by the prescribed authority.
