The Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Development of Land in areas other than Local Planning Areas) Regulations, 2025.State Regulations of Karnataka · 1963

(1) These Regulations are called the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Development of Land in areas other than Local Planning Areas) Regulations,2025.

(2) It shall extend to the urban and rural local body jurisdictions where Local Planning Area has not been declared under the Act.

(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
