Section 3: Amendment of rule 26

In rule 26 of the said rules, after sub rule

(4), the following shall be inserted, namely :- “(5) Micro and Small Enterprises registered with NSIC under a single point vendor registration scheme, shall be facilitated by providing tenders sets free of cost, exempting from payment of Earnest Money Deposit during purchases by all Government Department and State owned PSUs.” By Order and in the name of the Governor of Karnataka N.B.
